We are a clean, comfortable, affordable motel with a small, friendly staff here to help. Our rooms are simple with either 2 double beds, 2 queen beds, or a king sized bed. We are all one level and have parking at your door. Five miles from Mt Sunapee and Lake Sunapee for all season fun. The best value for your money.
