The administrative, accounting, sales and estimating side of Machine Drywall was spun off as a stand alone management company called SPOB Group, LLC. Headquartered in Burlington, NJ SPOB Group, LLC specializes in managing the back office functions of building trade companies. SPOB Group, LLC handles the accounts payable, account receivable, human resources, computer programming, estimating and sales Machine Drywall, Ltd, Machine Drywall North II, Precision Drywall Services LLC, Frontier Drywall LLC, MaGrann Insulation Inc., and many other firms. All the work performed by SPOB Group, LLC is handled by seasoned industry professionals. Each takes a professional and personal approach to the task at hand. We take great pride in keeping our customers busy with work through our sales efforts and profitable through our management and accounting experience. While each function we serve is valuable the backbone of the company is in collections, estimating and computer programming. No matter if a builder is a large national or a small local a degree of tact and experience is required to maximize collections. Using a team approach with our collections supervisor Deanne Niessner, our sales staff and trained field supervisors we are able to keep the flow of receivables moving for our customers. With more than 50 years combined experience our sales team knows how to turn leads into sales. The greatest skill displayed by a sales staff is the ability to secure work even if our customers don't qualify as the lowest bidder. Anyone can sell cheap, we sell the skill and services of our customers. Utilizing various lead services, referrals from other trades and feedback from our on the road managers we are able to keep a constant flow of plans and on-site estimates going. If plans are being drafted, permits pulled or dirt is being moved our field and sales staff are on the case. For many of our customers we worked with them to consolidate their Microsoft Excel sales and estimating spreadsheets with their Sage Peachtree Accounting software. This created a seamless flow of information through their systems. We are working towards a paperless system of purchase orders, payables, invoicing and collections. Seamless, paperless and flow are key words doing more with less which in turns translates into real savings.
