Located in Woodbury, N.J., the Gloucester/Salem County Advocate Program is operated by Youth Advocate Programs, which is a nonprofit organization. It works with child welfare, juvenile justice, behavioral health, disability and education systems to develop and offer community-based alternatives for children, adults and families at risk.
