Individual, couple or family therapy, the goal of our work together is to enhance your self-reliance, self-trust and your ability to enjoy life. This is accomplished in an atmosphere of mutual acceptance, trust and respect. I have been in private practice for 17 years, use a psycho-dynamic/cognitive behavioral approach. Utilize additional therapeutic tools (if appropriate to the client and desired by the client), such as hypnosis, EMDR, Brain Spotting and Thought Field Therapy (Energy Psychology).Hours are by appointment only - Monday - Thursday
