EMS Cafe

Pattyscakes Concessions LLC started as a food trailer in 2011, serving bloomin onions, fried pickles, fresh cut french fries, and chicken tenders. We have served at the Salem County Fair, Pennsville Septemberfest, Dover Days in Delaware, Woodstown Fall Festival, and many more places. We are happy to be expanding to a permanent location here in Quinton. Luke and his wife Bethanne have grown up in Salem County and have had EMS as a big part of their lives; from working at the Salem County 9-1-1 Center, Pennsville EMS, and volunteering with Elmer and Mannington Ambulances. They decided to name this new location something that represents them. EMS Cafe has a different acronym. Early Morning Start, after all, is the place where you want to get your day started.
