History

HomeFront Studios was founded by Matt Ryan and officially opened for business in april of 2008. Matt graduated from William Paterson University with a degree in Sound Engineering Arts in 2007 and has been a active musician in the NJ/NYC area for over twelve years. Over the past 4 years Matt has had the honor of recording over 50 local and regional bands, solo artists etc.. Currently Matt is the lead vocalist/trombonist for The Defending Champions and can be seen playing trombone with his good friends, Old Wives ad Bern & The Brights.

HomeFront Studios provides Professional Recording & Rehearsal space. We also offer Sound System rentals and CD/DVD duplication services. We have experience recording all types of bands and artists. Rock, ska, Hip-hop, funk, soul, bluegrass, indie, folk, voice-over work......you name it, we've recorded it! (Rec. rate: $45hr) HomeFront Studios also offers a comfortable, and creative space for bands to rehearse and provides all the equipment you need to have a productive rehearsal.
