History

Becoming a food truck owner has been over ten years in the making; Today I am extremely excited to bring this dream to life with the support of ALL of you. Over the years many of my family and friends have shared in the ups and downs of my career in the restaurant industry. My passion for Cuban cuisine is imbedded in the childhood memories I have with my Abuela. As an Executive Chef in both Middlesex County and New York City, I've assisted in opening many trendy restaurants where I was given countless opportunities to work with a wide span of ethnic cuisines. I have breathed new life into faltering restaurants and even opened new establishments from scratch... Now, its' my turn to bring that same level of passion to my own business and culture!
