The Bay Head School of Ballet Violin, established in 1996, is dedicated to the study, appreciation, and enjoyment of classical ballet and music in the charming seaside town of Bay Head, New Jersey. Housed in a beautifully restored 100-year-old Victorian residence, the school offers ballet and violin classes for children and adults in an environment that emphasizes personal attention and a rich cultural experience. Under the guidance of Director Bonnie A. Behrman, students learn classical ballet following the Russian or Vaganova syllabus, with an emphasis on technique and performance. The school also hosts multiple annual recitals, including the beloved "Nutcracker in the Sky," allowing students to showcase their skills and engage with the community through free performances.
