History

The Pic-A-Lilli Inn of Shamong, NJ was built and operated by the same family since 1927 and is currently into it's Sixth generation! The name comes from Pickett Russell Sr and his wife Lillian who opened the first licensed tavern in Burlington county after Prohibition. In 1992, Pickett Russell Jr. and his son Donnie purchased the Little Pub in Atlantic City to expand the business and to share their tasty buffalo wings down the shore. Although many claim this to be a dive bar, new manager Pickett (Kip) Russell IV is dedicated to making this the Most Premier dive you've ever visited. We strive to be fresh, clean and inexpensive while being staffed by the most unique and friendliest staff in the city. Come with an Appetite... Leave with a Story!
