There is no customer support, to cancel the account you are transferred to an abyss. The prices were recently jacked up for no reason, I called it was a bs answer.

The rates continue to increase while service declines. The current rate is excessive at over $200 per month with only once weekly trash collection and every other week recycles collection.

Never pick up garbage on schedule day. No customer service. You call and they never listen.
