Like all of NJ you aren't allowed to pump your own gas. It's annoying, but I can live with it. What I can't deal with is attendants not screwing the gas caps back on. In many cars this sets off...

I pull up to the pumps, attendant is on his phone plus being distracted by his coworker... I had to tell him 3 times 10 of the Plus...he gives me the receipt it says $18.80. Another moron.
