Avoid the T-Mobile in Bergenfield at all costs. The staff are blatant liars who will tell you anything to push an upgrade, only for you to find out later that the "free" deals and monthly costs...

After declining their multiple attempts of selling additional items (cases, chargers, etc) was misinformed in ability to drop off a trade in device unless I wanted another "promotional item"

Horrible customer service, I wouldn't even step inside there. I know of multiple people who have gotten scammed by the workers. Sometimes they don't even know what they're doing. I stopped going...
