Over the hill and under the bridge. My journeys... nay... my conquests took me to Schraalenburgh road earlier this 2025. My writings took me elsewhere in between then and now but I close the year...

Tried The Hill in Closter and left feeling pretty underwhelmed. The space is nice, clean, stylish, with a good-looking bar and my cocktail was great, balanced and well made. The French onion...

This is very good. The food is exquisite. The service is excellent. Is a nice place to go with family or on a date.

The Hill in Closter is outstanding. The seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful, the desserts were absolutely top notch, and the Hill Burger is truly second to none--one of the best burgers...
