Great local spot - they have cold cuts and pork fat sold by the pound. Needed some for homemade venison sausage. They also make their own jerky which is flavorful but very thin.

We love this place! The meats are such high quality! Their sandwiches are amazing and the owner is super friendly. Their thin sliced chicken breasts make the best fried chicken cutlets.
