Founded in 1914, Albuquerque Evening High School provides learning opportunities to more than 240 students in grades 9 through 12. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as English, math, history and science. It also offers classes in advanced marketing, drawing, Web publishing, physical education and ceramics. Albuquerque Evening High School enrolls part- and full-time students. In addition, the school provides guidance counseling services. It is governed by Albuquerque Public Schools, which is one of the largest school districts in the United States. The district offers educational services to over 87,000 children. It manages alternative, charter, elementary, middle and high schools.
