Founded in 1991, Keystone International provides technical support and organizational development strategies. It offers a variety of services, including leadership and team development, human resources, organizational assessment, performance management, conflict resolution, planning and budget processes, executive and board retreats, and training and mentoring. It employs more than 200 full-time and part-time employees and individual subcontractors that function as support consultants. It operates two divisions, New Mexico Operations and Nevada Operations. The clients of the company include Sandia National Laboratories, National Nuclear Security Administration, Covad Communications, National Park Service, Intel and Los Alamos National Laboratory.
