Flying Star Café

Established in 1987, Flying Star Caf offers a variety of food and beverages. Its menu features scrambled tofu, French toast, chicken pot pie, meatloaf, chicken breast, blueberry pancakes, omelets, burritos, fish-and-chips and meatballs. In addition, the restaurant offers a selection of appetizers, salads, noodles, sandwiches, burgers and pasta dishes. Its desserts include chocolate fudge, Italian cream cakes, muffins and banana cream pies. Flying Star Caf provides private dining space and catering services for ceremonies and corporate and community events. It offers various reward programs and organizes promotional events. Flying Star Caf features a newsstand and artwork exhibitions by local artists. It has received the Restaurant Neighbor Award from the New Mexico Restaurant Association. Flying Star Caf also owns and operates a chain of coffee shops under the Satellite Coffee brand.
