Well my experience was good except for some uneven nail shaping but that's fine. 3 stars is for my mother's experience. I took her for her first full pedi experience and we were both disappointed....

They need to honor there point system! I had over 11 points and after 10 points - I was told I would get a free service! Well they did not honor there point ststem!

Really disheartening to hear how you treat your customers. Not everyone has the money to go out all the time or is familiar with the process. You humiliated a paying customer. Totally inexcusable...

This place is a joke! I've never been to a nail salon that would charge you taxes on top of their over priced services. Don't waste your money!!
