5th& MAD located in Midtown Manhattan is a bar, restaurant and so much more. A bi-level space that lends itself perfectly to hosting events for groups of 10 to 600. INSIDER at 5th& MAD is our new restaurant taking center stage on the main floor. Head Chef Carlos Cruz and his team have put together a menu that is perfect for sharing. We have two full-service bars.
