History

Boisson was started by two friends in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Feeling what we've all likely felt, that the pandemic caused us to all drink maybe a little more than we did before, we started experimenting with non-alcoholic options, and discovered a world of amazing products by brands large and small, looking for retail exposure in New York City. Believing in neighborhood retail, we set out to open our first store in February 2021 in Cobble Hill. Quickly, though, we realized that the appetite for our provisions extends far beyond the tree-lined blocks of our Brooklyn home, and we are actively expanding our retail footprint throughout New York City over the coming months.
