Established in 1975, Southeast Works provides independent living and community support services for individuals with disabilities. It offers a variety of recreational programs. The center provides food service training and self-advocacy programs. It provides residential and day habilitation services. The center offers respite care and Medicaid services. It provides prevocational training and family support and case management services. In addition, it assists individuals with personal hygiene, grooming and health and housekeeping services. The center offers job training and employment services. It provides nursing and psychological services. The center also provides volunteer program that are funded by private, individual and group donations. The center is located in Depew, N.Y.
