Dominican College, located in Orangeburg, N.Y., offers a variety of educational and cocurricular programs to students, and was established in 1952. The college provides various programs in liberal arts, sciences, business and various other professions in the graduate and undergraduate levels. It provides several professional programs in teacher education, athletic training, social work, business administration, and in the health care professions of nursing, and occupational and physical therapies. Dominican College serves more than 1,800 students as a private, coeducational institution, on the Dominican and Catholic traditions. It is a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and offers a wide variety of sports activities.
