Founded in 1994, Hope Hall is a private, nonprofit learning center that offers the Mastery in Learning Program, which teaches the New York state curriculum in a nontraditional way. It provides academic classes and extracurricular activities to students with learning disabilities. The school assists in the development of self-esteem skills, as well as promotes physical activity and exercise programs. It also offers courses in music and art. Hope Hall conducts language classes in Spanish. It operates a multiservice library and computer laboratory. The school works in partnership with the United Way. It is accredited and chartered by the New York State Board of Regents. Hope Hall is located in Rochester, N.Y.
