History
Chefs Linda and Ray started their first restaurant in 1985. It was called the Finch & Chubb and was located at the southern end of Lake Champlain. They then moved north to the beautiful hamlet of Essex, in 2012.Here they continue to serve tasty food and fine wine to locals and tourists.
