Chick Mex Was created in 2016 by a UB student from NYC. After missing the diverse food option of New York City, he soon came up with his own concept of a Halal Mexican menu that combined his two favorites, Mexican food and the famously known Halal platers, resulting in a Middle Eastern Mexican Fusion menu that the Buffalo community know as Chick Mex.
