I'm normally a fan of CVS but some of our Brooklyn locations are pretty sad. Put aside that it has an odd smell every time you walk in and that it looks like they're always unloading merchandise...

Terrible customer service. They tell you your insurance doesn't cover a medication... even though it does. You can't call them, no way to ask a question over the phone. You have to go there, wait...

I am sharing a clip of how I received my last rx from this cvs. Not only is the unlabeled rx bottle unsafe , but I'm fairly sure this is probably illegal, or at least fine-worthy!!
