Just okay stay here. The location is stellar and the room was quiet and dark, so it met our needs. Otherwise, it's dated and charmless.

The rooms are decent sized for NYC and the hotel was quick to give an upgrade without asking. My housekeeping service missed some basic items like a soap bar and wash towels. Also, the check in...
