Washington Heights Education Center

The Herbert G. Birch Early Childhood Center offers a range of counseling services and speech, occupational and physical therapies for students with various disabilities. The center is a part of the Manhattan Early Childhood Center, which was established in 1994 and provides several early intervention programs for children between the ages of 18 months and 2 years.
