Wasn't busy. But did not stop them from serving food overcooked. Tasteless. Didn't even get a receipt. Not a good KFC. In my opinion.

How is it possible that I ordered an extra crispy chicken bucket, and i get original recipe, I didn't get my pop corn box of 11 dollars and the gravy... smh 59 dollar order totally wrong.
