After graduating from Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences in 1974 with a major in Theoretical Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science, I went on to study law at Rutgers Law School. In 1978, I was selected to be the law clerk for the criminal assignment judge in the Superior Court for Bergen County, Judge Fred C. Galda. That same year I passed the New Jersey Bar Exam and became a member of the New Jersey Bar Association. For more than 35 years I have served the Bergenfield area. During that time I have practiced criminal law, personal injury law, bankruptcy, real estate law, and estate planning while raising my five children.
