The motivation that inspires and drives New York Body Rhythms to be the best ballroom and wedding dance studio on Long Island is you. Our couples are our inspiration and watching their achievements and successes unfold are what fuels a dream born decades ago with the sole purpose of creating individualized private dance programs based on your needs. It's not the typical dance studio model, but then again we're not typical and neither are you. You're special and you have your own particular wants and needs and I have always believed that you should be the main focus when creating your dance program. We are simply are the vehicle that drives you there, and no, it's not a driverless vehicle, it's manned by professionals trained to get you to your dance destination on time.
