I like to come here for their lunch menu. The sets always come with a side of rice, salad, and a miso soup which makes for a heartwarming meal. The only reason I give Ootoya 4 stars instead of 5...

Delicious as usual and very baby friendly. Service was exceptional - they brought utensils for the baby without us asking and was interacting in such a patient and friendly way.
