The company was founded by and is owned and co-directed by Thomas Powell and Thomas Treutlein. EcoTest Laboratories, Inc is certified to perform environmental analysis in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. EcoTest is accredited in accordance with NELAC ( the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference ).
