We are a small motel with comfortable beds, clean rooms, AAA approved. There are rooms with two double beds or one queen available. Our operating hours are from 8am-9pm , and there is no smoking allowed on the property. Each room has a small refrigerator, full bath, and a/c.Our motel is within walking distance to : our town golf course, fine dining, breakfast and lunch, a convenience store, drugstore, grocery,hospital, nursing home, funeral home, and museum.The Park Motor Inn is within 12 miles of the High Peaks area, 25 miles from Lake Placid, 9 from Lake Champlain, 6 to Lincoln Pond and approx. 90 to Montreal, Canada.

We recently stayed two nights and it was GREAT! The owner is on-sight and is very attentive. The rooms are large, very clean and give you a just like home feeling. I highly recommend.
