History

I began as an analytic psychotherapist but felt that talk therapy could not reach the deeper emotions and experiences. That is when I decided to become trained in Ericksonian hypnosis as well as EMDR.

Specialties

I have been a psychotherapist for the past 30 years and specialize in Ericksonian hypnosis as well as EMDR. I work with PTSD, anxiety disorders, IBS, phobias, most eating disorders and other emotional problems. I also work with couples on relationship issues. I do free initial phone consultations.
