Established in 1937, Schaller & Weber is an American sausage and processed meat manufacturer. The company maintains its state-of-the-art plant under the supervision of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. It offers a wide range of products, such as double smoked bacon, bratwurst (pre cooked), goose liver pate - gaenseleberwurst, landjaeger-gourmet salami stick, pickles, dusseldorf style mustard and many more. Schaller & Weber's Meat Products are available nationwide via its online store. It has received the Gold Medals of Honor award at International Exhibitions in Holland, Austria and Germany.
