The Brocton Central School District operates under a superintendent and an elected school education board and its office is located in Brocton, N.Y. It is a two-schools district and serves students in preschool through grade 12 with a total enrollment of more than 700 students. The superintendent coordinates the educational program; provides leadership in its development; and is responsible for the management of the schools as authorized by board policy. It provides a wide variety of leadership and supervisory responsibilities in areas that include its curriculum, education programs, assessment and evaluations. It supervises the business services of the district, such as construction and facilities renovation, maintenance and operations, technology, purchases and fiscal services. It promotes student activities in the district including many athletic, arts, and youth programs that are offered through its schools.
