Minisink Valley Intermediate School enrolls more than 600 students in grades three through five. The school s curriculum includes math, science, social studies, language arts, and physical and special education. In addition, it offers band, chorus and drama classes. Minisink Valley Intermediate School operates a parent-teacher organization that supports a range of fundraising events and programs. The school administers an intramural program for fifth grade students. Minisink Valley Intermediate School also organizes field trips and camps. It is a part of the Minisink Valley Central School District, which was established in 1958. The district enrolls over 4,600 students from Greenville, Wawayanda, New Hampton, Mamakating and Wallkill in New York.
