My drink was smaller than normal but had more ice than usual. They also did not write on my cup even though that is the new policy. They also charger more even though I got less drink

They seem busy in the drive thru but the dine in is quiet. Staff are not that friendly and courteous. Untypical service for a starbucks. Place is somewhat clean. Spacing with each table is adequate.
