Carmel crunch was very watery and no crunch on top. Cheese was hard on sandwich. Slow service and the girl could not seem to get order right at driver thru. Kept asking what was that order again.

Wasn't impressed. Service was really slow but that wasn't what didn't impress me. It was the impatience and inability to make sure I was taken care of before the worker closed the drive thru...
