I have been with T-mobile for 20+ years. I can not get a free phone unless I change my plan, which I won't do. T-mobile offers free phones to new customers and if you change you plan to magenta....

Such rude staff. Walked in to speak with a rep and he could not be bothered. Even I mentioned I was a T-Mobile customer he could care less. Train your reps on customer service bc they suck.
