Needed notary services. Store advertised notary services. Walk in on a Monday afternoon, says only Tuesday 11am-2pm. Seriously is this professional business?

The people that work here are friendly and efficient. They have a " doorman service" that accepts packages via a street address. Prompt, fast, efficacious. Service with a smile. My go-to.

Over the years and through many moves, I've been to a lot of UPS stores. Most were average in terms of customer service and always understaffed, so the wait times were horrific. Not this one!...

Staff is extremely competent and fast and helpful. I never had an issue and I go there for my returns and shipments at least once at week for the last 2.5 years
