Taylor's journey began in the gym as a teenager learning how to lift and build his body through isometrics, and powerlifting all while meshing proper nutrition for proper growth. It was when he started training Shaolin Kung-Fu with a 34th generation Shaolin Temple Warrior Monk, Sifu Shi Yan Ming, where, through meditation, he found his passion in life. That passion? Getting you strong! Taylor works with you to form your athleticism with a combination of strength training, cardio, and nutrition to carry you to your fullest potential. Each moment of your life is an opportunity to grow into your healthy body, stronger mind, and better life!
