Since 1966 Universal Concrete has been producing quality products at a fair price. We began as steel fabricators, making quality ornate and standard ironwork. In 1972 we began manufacturing precast concrete steps and products after numerous requests from contractors and customers who needed high quality and durable precast concrete steps to go along with the iron railings. Universal Concrete?s railings are constructed of heavy gauge steel materials. All parts are welded together to provide you with a durable continuous structural unit.
