Duke HomeCare & Hospice provides a range of care and services to patients throughout the Triangle and surrounding counties in North Carolina. It administers several bereavement programs as schools, workplaces, senior centers and the places of worship. The facility also organizes fundraising and special events. Duke HomeCare & Hospice also conducts the Camp ReLEAF program for students in kindergarten through grade eight. It operates Duke Home Health, which provides services, including nursing and physical, occupational and speech language pathology therapies for adult and pediatric patients. The facility also manages Duke Hospice, which is a nonprofit organization that provides care solutions to terminally ill patients in more than five counties in North Carolina. Duke HomeCare & Hospice is accredited by The Joint Commission. It is a part of the Duke University Health System.
