Triangle Brick Company is a manufacturer of clay products located in central North Carolina that produces a variety of colors, textures and sizes of modular, engineer, queensize, closure and utility size bricks. The company sells and services customers primarily in North Carolina, but also to dealers and distributors in more than 35 states in the United States. In 1979, Wilhelm Roeben decided to expand his operations to the United States and purchased Triangle Brick. Roeben Tonbaustaffe is a manufacturer of facing brick, ceramic roof tiles and ceramic floor tiles with plants throughout Germany and Poland. The company continues to operate under the Roeben umbrella. Its total production is nearly 350 million brick per year making it one of the largest manufacturers of brick in North Carolina. Triangle Brick Company is headquartered in Durham, N.C., with other plants in Merry Oaks, Carpenter and Wadesboro, N.C.
