DONT EVER I MEAN EVER LET THESE PEOPLE DELIVER YOUR FURNITURE. For one the girl that answers the phone is dumb as hell. ALWAYS gets my name wrong. Like she's not listening and two the manager lies...

I like the franchise and they are friendly people and all; but this particular store has the dumbest hours I've ever seen in a furniture store. They close at 6pm which makes hardly any sense...
