When clients had saved all they could through competitive pricing, we began looking beyond price to the deeper issue of how productivity could be maximized by analyzing how forms and other documents were used throughout the organization. By focusing on workflow inefficiencies, we developed a streamlined approach to print, document, and information management by redesigning, eliminating, repackaging, and consolidating forms. We moved into warehousing and distribution, as well as fulfillment for clients needing complete inventory management, always on the look out for more efficient ways to give clients stronger productivity and increased revenues. As computers, digital technology, and the Internet became increasingly the method of doing business, we advanced right in step, creating IBP Online, our proprietary online print management service. Headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC, IBP has clients, large and small, through the US. Some of them, in fact, have been clients since the beginning.
