Understaffed and hit or miss on how long you'll wait, but many of the staff members are friendly. I stopped in today and it was the perfect storm. Two employees and they were running the register...

they give us great service and the food is awesome plus the atmosphere is electric just like their coffee we're the people who wanted to trade Sunkist.

Horrible service. Black lady with very long dreads is by far the most unprofessional server I believe I have ever had. I tried to get her name but they wouldn't give it to me. DONT GO!!!
