So apparently there's this new "ice policy" at this location, and when I received my drink, nearly a quarter of it is missing because of "light ice". The management tried doubling down with this...

Their coffee is always burnt! It's so frustrating. This is the 4th time in a row I've gotten a coffee and had to throw it out because it's absolutely terrible. Do better!
